Change of mind

Solaris.made does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, colour or configuration, find the item unsuitable for your personal preference, or no longer want the item. Please review your NailGrid size, Cell configuration, colour and the 3D-printed finish information carefully before placing your order.

3D-printed finish

Every Solaris.made piece is made using a 3D-printing process. Fine horizontal layer lines, slight surface texture, minor variations in finish and small colour differences between print batches are normal characteristics of this manufacturing process. These disclosed characteristics are not faults when the item is otherwise consistent with its product description and images.

Please do not purchase if you require a completely smooth, injection-moulded finish or if visible layer lines are not acceptable to you. We do not accept change-of-mind returns because a customer does not like these disclosed 3D-printing characteristics.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description, damaged in transit or not the item you ordered, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as practical. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.

We may ask to inspect or assess the item before providing a remedy. Depending on the issue and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the available remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund. If the item is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, Solaris.made will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect care or normal wear is not considered a product fault.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
