Where we ship
Solaris.made currently ships within Australia only.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: A$11
- Free standard shipping on orders of A$100 or more
- Express shipping: A$15
The final available delivery methods and shipping cost are confirmed at checkout.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are prepared as soon as practical. You will receive a confirmation when your order has been dispatched and tracking information when it is available. Delivery times shown by a carrier are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
Local pickup
Local pickup from Bee Lady store is available only when the pickup option appears at checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it. The pickup details and address will be provided with your order confirmation.
Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or appears to be lost, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. For damage claims, please include clear photographs of the item and packaging where possible.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
